Welcome to Primo Tutoring. These Terms & Conditions outline the expectations, responsibilities, and policies that govern your use of our tutoring services, website, and related platforms. By enrolling and booking sessions, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms.
1. Agreement
By completing our enrolment form and scheduling sessions with Primo Tutoring, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Services Provided
We provide individual and small-group tutoring services across a range of subjects. Lessons are delivered in-person (face-to-face) unless otherwise arranged.

3. Payment & Fees
Pay-As-You-Go Clients:

Payment is due on the day of each lesson, either before or immediately after the session.

Invoices are sent via email on the same day.
Package Clients:

Clients purchasing lesson packages must pay the full package fee within 7 days of the invoice being issued.

Packages include a set number of lessons and are billed upfront as agreed at time of purchase.
Payment Method:

Payments are to be made via direct bank transfer to Primo Tutoring’s NAB Business account. Account details will be provided in your welcome email.
Late Fees:

$10 per lesson if payment is not received by the end of the lesson day

An additional $15 per lesson if still unpaid after 7 days
-
An additional $50 per lesson if unpaid after 30 days

4. Cancellations & Make-Up Lessons

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur the full session fee.

Cancellations with more than 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled, subject to tutor availability.

One make-up lesson per term is allowed and must be used within the same term or it will be forfeited
5. Scheduling & Bookings

Pay-As-You-Go Lessons: Bookings for pay-as-you-go sessions are subject to availability and must be made via our online booking system. A recurring weekly time slot is not guaranteed for pay-as-you-go clients. Each session must be booked individually.

Package Plans: Upon commencement of a package, the client's selected weekly time slot will be reserved for them for the full duration of the 10-week or 12-week program. This time slot is guaranteed and will not be made available to other clients.

Rescheduling: Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for information on rescheduling sessions. For package clients, rescheduled lessons are subject to availability and may not occur in the regular guaranteed time slot.

6. Referral Program
Refer a new student who purchases a package and receive one free lesson (maximum two free lessons per family per term). The new student must mention your name during enrolment for eligibility.​

7. Tutor Commitment & Academic Disclaimer
We aim to deliver high-quality, tailored instruction to support each student’s progress. However, we cannot guarantee specific academic outcomes, which depend on each student’s individual effort, consistency, and engagement.

8. Code of Conduct

Students are expected to be respectful, engaged, and prepared for each lesson.

Repeated disruptive or disrespectful behaviour may result in the session being ended early and no refund issued.

If persistent behaviour issues arise, we may recommend suspending or terminating services.
9. Confidentiality & Privacy
All personal and academic information shared with Primo Tutoring is kept confidential and used only for tutoring and administration purposes. For more detail, please refer to our full Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email with at least 7 days’ notice.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
