Welcome to Primo Tutoring!


Please complete this enrolment form so we can learn more about you or your child’s tutoring goals and get you started.
 

What happens after you submit this form?
✅ If you choose a prepaid package, we’ll send you an invoice and help arrange your preferred session times.
✅ If you choose pay-as-you-go lessons, we’ll send you a welcome email with additional information about the tutoring process and a link to our online booking page where you can choose a time that suits you.
 

Once we receive your enrolment form, we’ll also send you our Tutoring Terms and Payment Details so you have all the information you need to begin.
