Expert Tutoring in English, Maths & ESL (Years 3–8 & ESL Learners)

If you are unable to make a session, please provide notice at least 24 hours ahead of time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur the full session fee.

If you miss a session, a make-up lesson will be offered within the same term, subject to availability. Sessions not rescheduled within the term may be forfeited (please see the full Terms & Conditions for details).  

I understand that emergencies or sudden illnesses may prevent attendance. In these situations, please contact me as soon as possible. I will do my best to accommodate a rescheduled session within the same week, subject to availability.

For extended absences, such as vacations or other long-term commitments, please notify Primo Tutoring at least 14 days in advance by emailing info@primotutoring.com.au. I will extend the same courtesy if I need to be away for an extended period, ensuring you have ample time to adjust plans.
